I had dropped off a suit jacket to be cleaned and found out that it was needed for travel before the pickup date promised. A note was left for the manager to speak with on Friday. When I called, she had already started the tracking process to complete the cleaning sooner. Her name is Shay (apologies if I misspelled her name) and she was so helpful and understanding. When she called me a little later to say it would be there that day, Friday, I couldn’t believe it. She went above and beyond to help me out in the most friendly and professional way and I am truly grateful. Thank you again for this much appreciated help.

I’ve been using W&O Cleaners for a few years for different items, and they’ve always done a great job. But they truly wowed me recently with their honesty and integrity.

Very pleased with the quality of the service! I dropped off a linen blazer (as you may know, these are very hard to clean and press!) and business dress here and was quoted $14+tax for the blazer, $16+tax for the dress to be laundered and pressed, and that is exactly what I paid. Both items came back to me safe and sound with good attention to detail and as good as new. Not a wrinkle in sight! This was my first time using this service and I will definitely be returning. They are more reasonably priced than down the road. Turnaround time was 1 day ahead of the quoted 5 days and I'm very pleased with the kindness of the staff and the reliable service. Thank you!

If you ever need alterations, ABSOLUTELY go here! Brian was able to alter a size large formal dress into basically an extra small for me, only a short amount of time before my college formal. He was extremely fast, and the dress was perfect and seamless. I have just used the dry cleaning here for the first time, picked my items up today, and they are exactly as I requested.
